TRAINING

The Serious Illness Conversations training program prepares clinicians and interprofessional teams to conduct meaningful conversations with patients living with serious illness.

The training is delivered in asynchronous modules, allowing clinicians to learn at their own pace.

Training include:

Identifying patients that could benefit from conversations

Determining patient goals and priorities

Guiding conversation in the presence of uncertainty

Supporting shared decision making.
